Purpose of Use of Personal Information

  1. We will use personal information you provided within the scope of the purpose of use listed below. When we separately specify on service sites or our terms of services etc., any purpose of use that is different from those listed below, we will only use personal information within such scope.

While we will no handle information like this, which, by itself, does not make it possible to identify an individual, as “personal information,” if, in combination with other information, it becomes possible to identify a specific individual, we will handle such information appropriately as personal information pursuant to the Privacy Policy.

    • Preparation and utilization of statistical information related to the services of us and our business partners or the like, and provision of such information to a third party

Management of Personal Information

  • We may outsource handling of customer’s personal information to our outsourcees within the scope of above-listed Purpose of Use.
  • We may share customer’s personal information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, organization he/she belongs (such as company name or name of organization), or other information that makes it possible to identify a specific individual) with the entities listed below within the scope of above-listed Purpose of Use. We will be the administrator of such shared use.

We will handle personal information we obtained in the course of a request for disclosure, etc. only to the extent necessary, and will retain submitted documents for 1 year from the fiscal year (April to next March) in which the response is completed, and then dispose of such information.

At the time of provision of customer’s personal information, provision of items other than those marked “mandatory” is optional. If any item that is marked “mandatory” is not provided, you may not request or use our services, or we may not respond to your inquiry.

Cookie Information

  • Cookie information is string information to manage and identify users that is transmitted between accessed server and your browser, and recorded on the browser, when you access a website, that does not contain information which makes it possible to identify individual customer.
  • When you permit transmission of cookie information on your browser setting, we may use the cookie information. You may reject transmission of cookie information by changing your browser setting.
  • Details of activity targeting advertisement (i.e., advertisement displayed and distributed to conform to customer’s interest and taste) are as specified in below pages.

Acquisition of Information from Google Analytics

We are provided from Google Inc. with customer’s activity history information (including, without limitation, page browsing history within website, period of time during which the user stayed on each page, type/version of browser and OS, referrer and access source, but does not contain information that makes it possible to identify individual customer) on the sites designated by Google Inc. collected by Google Inc. using cookie information and AMP Client ID (AMP Client ID is ID granted by Google Inc. to identify the same user when moving from AMP page to ordinary web page, and does not contain information that makes it possible to identify individual customer).
We may use this information within the scope of “Purpose of Use of User Information” set forth in Item (2) of “Purpose of Use of Personal Information” in Paragraph 2 above. Above information acquired by Google Inc. will be managed pursuant to the privacy policy of Google Inc. If you would like to expressly avoid Google Inc.’s acquisition of above information by using cookie information and AMP Client ID, please opt-out this function from Google Inc. site shown below:
